Gourmandise—

I am always eager to discover new restaurants, or revisit ones I know that are worth going to again and again. My list above is not exhaustive; tell me what your preferences are, I’ll guide you. For an apéro or shorter flings, cocktails in dimmed corners at Cloakroom bar or Dominion are perfect choices. Let’s not forget to stop at Le Petit Dep in the morning, coffee is mandatory!

For the most romantic ones, I will suggest an afternoon tea at the Ritz-Carlton (for the Champagne more than the tea), or a dinner with jazz for a more casual evening.

Leisuring—

For longer engagements, a visit to the spa is a must. Bota Bota Montreal, Strom Québec city, and Scandinave Mont-Tremblant are good choices. I am partial to outdoor ones. But first, let's lose ourselves in arts, gardens, and stories—museums, cultural landmarks and bookstores are inviting us as we stroll through the city. Bonus if we indulge in people-watching, my guilty pleasure!

Performances—

Le Cirque du Soleil might have a show on; if they do, it's impossible to resist. Otherwise, Les Grands Ballets Canadiens and l'Opéra de Montréal will delight us with marvelous classics. I demand drama, beauty, and a touch of grandeur.

Travelling—

Alpine skiing is at the top of my list, and my legs are always up to the challenge! I visited many ski resorts, next, I'd love to experience the Alps. Hiking and Via Ferrata trails are also right up my alley—the one in Mont Nimbus seems to be something else!

I’m insatiable when it comes to wine tasting tours. Let’s plan one or two; the world is gorged, endless options await. Italy, or Greece, maybe?

Doing nothing by the fireplace, beach or pool for days is also a valid option, a minimalist routine is good for the mind. I’m passport and wardrobe ready.

I curated a list of cities, resorts, hotels and restaurants I want to experience, so feel free to explore my wishlist for the adventures and travels I long for
